Hi, Patsy...thanks for your note! It really took me back. It's been
years since I wrote that book :) But I can tell you...Good
questions!!! And I wish I'd been at liberty to answer them. But alas, that is one of the biggest drawbacks of continuity series. Certain facts are specified to come out in each book, and had I answered those questions like I wanted to, Loreth Anne White, in the next book, would have stolen a lot of her thunder. She and I discussed it at length and ultimately agreed to preserve the integrity of her book, I needed to keep those questions open in my book. As a writer, that kind of dangling thread slays me. But within a continuity series, sometimes you have to make those tradeoffs. I hope it didn't make you throw the book across the room!!!

Hi Jenna, I haven't read your book yet, but I did order "Killing Me Softly". My daughter (Savannah Trahan) was the New Year's baby for 2005. Did you get your character's name from hearing it on TV. I did a search on her name and found your book. I think it is too cool either way. I will save it for her to read when she get older. Thank you

Hello, everyone! It's so fun to see your posts!! And wow, I apologize for how quiet I've been. Things have actually been nuts, with not one but 4 new books in the works! I promise to have website updates soon, but in the meantime wanted to share the good news!
THIS TIME FOR KEEPS will be released this September (2010) from Harlequin Super Romance. Then, in 2011, I'm venturing into a somewhat new arena, with a trilogy from St. Martin's Gryphon books. The new arena? Young Adult! The books have all the ingredients that I love playing with -- suspense, romance, the unexplained! -- but with a younger cast. And I can't even tell you how fun they've been to write!
I hope you'll join my on my new journeys!

Hi, Jenna. I hope all is well with your family. I love your books and my husband started reading the ones I have on my keeper shelf and he's asking for more! So I checked your website to see when you'd have something else coming out and found the response you posted about the baby last year.

I really enjoyed Killing Me Softly, and wanted to know if you had any more published books related to the Robichaud family. I just found A Little Bit Guilty in a 2nd hand book store. I guess it is part of that series. Anyway, I think you are a very good suspense/romance writer and hope you continue to write!

Hello, everyone! It's so great to see your comments. I'm sorry I've been quiet for a while -- I just had my second child!! He's doing great, but it was a complicated pregnancy and a premature delivery, resulting in a lengthy NICU stay. whew! So glad he's home now.
If anyone is looking for books, please contact me at jenna@jennamills.com, and I can probably help you out!
Take care!
